Hoskin, P.E., of Huitt- Zollars, Inc., in his letter dated September 9, 2021, has cited: “Perkinsville 44 is a planned single-family residential subdivision located in the Town of Chino Valley, Arizona, east of North Road 1 East, and north of Perkinsville Road. Huitt-Zollars, Inc. (HZ) is providing this certified flood letter for the property’s public report.
