To vote in local and national elections, you must be registered at least twenty-nine days prior to the election. You must be at least 18 years old, a citizen of the U.S. and a resident of Arizona, which you will be after living in the state for six months. Registration can be done at registration headquarters (Phoenix 602-506-1511, Tucson 520-740-4330), city clerk offices and driver’s license bureaus.
