Security Title Endorsement Guide

SUBDIVISION ALTA 26-06 (10-16-08)

The ALTA Form 26-06 insures against loss based upon the Land described in Schedule A (or

Schedule C) not constituting a legally created parcel pursuant to applicable state statutes or local

governmental regulations.

This endorsement modifies exclusion 1(a)(iii) which excludes any law, ordinance, permit or

governmental regulation which pertains to the subdivision of land.
